What areas do you service?

Austin, Buda, Kyle, San Marcos, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Georgetown, Leander, Del Valle, Taylor, Bastrop, Dripping Springs, Lakeway, and Westlake.  If your area is near these listed locations and you want service please call our office and we will do all we can to accommodate your service needs.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-5 p.m. and Saturday, 7 a.m.-12 p.m. We are closed on Sunday. You can call after business hours and leave a message and we will promptly respond during normal business hours for non-emergencies.  We do offer after hours emergency services; please see our contact page for that information.

What is a roll-off dumpster?

Our roll-off dumpsters are metal containers used to throw away large amounts of househ, construction, and/or demolition debris. After we deliver the dumpster to your home or business, you fill the container and we return at an agreed upon time to carry your unwanted items away.

What type of Dumpsters do you offer?

20 yd: Dimensions 8’Wx22’Lx4’H. Used for small clean outs, renovations, carpet and bulky items, concrete/dirt and other dense materials. Hs approx. 12 pickup truck loads. Hs approx. 75 squares of shingles.

30yd: Dimensions: 8’Wx22’Lx6’H. Used for large scale demolition and new construction build outs, roof tear offs, disaster clean up, large renovation projects or clean outs. Hs approx. 15 pickup loads.  Hs approx. 100 squares of shingles. Cannot be loaded with concrete beyond the one quarter full mark- any 30 yards loaded half full or more with dirt, concrete or other heavy/dense materials will need to be offloaded by the client in order for the container to be safely removed. Client will be responsible for additional fees for the haul being unprepared for pick up and requiring a second attempt by the driver.

12yd: Dimensions: 8’Wx14’Lx4’H.  Used for small projects and areas with limited space.  There are a limited number of available 12 yds; please call our main office for availability.

40yd: Dimensions: 8’Wx22’Lx8’H.  Used for light material only.  There are a limited number available; please call our main office for availability. This type of container is very easy to overload and is right at DOT height.  If the container is loaded too heavily or full the client is responsible for offloading sufficiently for safe removal and additional fees for the haul being unprepared and requiring a second attempt by driver.

How much notice do I need to give for a request for service?

No less than 24 hours.  We can occasionally accommodate same day service; call our main office line for availability of same day requests.

How do I order a Dumpster?

How much does it cost to rent a dumpster?

Dumpster rental costs vary based on the size and material being placed in the container, as well as the location of the customer. We try our best to be completely transparent when it comes to our dumpster rental prices. We display, online, our starting dumpster rates for the Austin Metro Area; this website is available to the public, 24/7. You are able to order online using our easy order now page that will account for your location, project, and any special requirements giving you immediate and accurate pricing. Our pricing explains the size, weight allowance and debris type in an effort to make everything as clear and straightforward as possible.

After hours costs are $50 delivery (new delivery) and $250 per haul more than standard haul rates.

Are there coupons available for dumpster rentals?

We do occasionally offer coupons or rental specials to our customers. Visit our Coupons & Promotions page frequently to see the current offer.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, as well as, cash and money orders. For cash and money orders there is an additional $20 fee since you will need to meet the driver and our experience is that it has held up service to other clients while drivers wait to be met.  Drivers always call on the way to give at least 30 minutes’ notice of arrival.

How long can I keep the Dumpster?

Container pricing includes a 7-day rental period; after that rent is assessed. When your order is placed the final pick up order is entered at that time for 7 days from your delivery date.  If you desire to keep it longer you will need to call no less than 24 hours in advance to pay for rent and keep the container.

Do you give an exact delivery time for a dumpster?

Due to factors that are out of our control (i.e. traffic, weather, landfill lines) we cannot give an exact time for delivery or pick-up of a dumpster. The driver always calls on the way giving a minimum 30-minute notice of delivery. All-American will always do our best to be there at a time that’s most convenient for you.

What can I not put in the container?

Batteries, tires, paints, chemicals, hazardous wastes (pool chemicals, fertilizers, etc), medical wastes, Oil, Gasoline, Propane (or other highly flammable chemicals), dead animals, compressors or anything containing Freon & toxins.  If a driver finds any of such in the container the client is responsible for offloading those items and will pay a fee for the driver to come out and have to leave without the dumpster and return when it is ready to be picked up.

Please note if house trash: kitchen, bathroom, etc is placed in container it must be taken to a different disposal site and that additional cost will be assessed.  When ordering dumpster if you need to put househ trash into it please notify us upfront for accurate pricing.

Is there a right way to load a dumpster?

Yes. Please try to load the dumpster as evenly as possibly. BE SURE NOT TO OVERLOAD THE DUMPSTER. There will be an additional charge for driver delay and client is responsible for container dig-out. The dumpster shall not be filled above the top of the dumpster. No items shall be hanging over the sides or sticking out of the dumpster.

Do I have to be there when my dumpster is delivered?

Not unless you want to be. Please give us very specific placement instructions and we will deliver the dumpster according to these instructions. If the dumpster needs to be placed in an area/spot that is not easily described over the phone or if the delivery location is especially crucial, then it would be a good idea for someone to be there to ensure the dumpster is placed in the right spot. For driveway placement we do recommend plywood for additional property protection- two 8’wx4’L should be sufficient to go under both the front and back wheels of the container. The driver will call on the way so you know approximately when your container can be expected.

Can I have the Dumpster place on the Street?

Most of the municipalities require a street permit you will need to acquire and send to us if you request street placement. Check with your local city ordinance or town hall.

Where do you take the material in my roll-off dumpster after it’s picked up?

Your container will be taken to our landfill: Travis County Landfill; provided it is construction, demolition, renovation, etc materials. Once it arrives, your material will be sorted and all recyclable material (i.e. metal, cardboard, wood, concrete, bricks etc.) will be taken to the proper recycling facility. Material that can’t be reused will be disposed of in landfill.   If the container has house waste in it, we take it to another disposal site licensed for that material.
